We use EcoVadis and their rating service to have an independent evaluation of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices, resulting in an EcoVadis Bronze medal certificate 2022 for BontexGeo.
What is EcoVadis?
EcoVadis is an international provider of business sustainability ratings. The company has provided CSR ratings for over 75.000 companies. They provides a uniform rating system to enable companies to assess their performance and evaluate business partners in their supply chain.
What is rated?
The assessment focusses on 21 sustainability topics, divided in four categories: environment, labor & human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The 21 standards are based upon international sustainability standards such as the Global Compact Principles, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standard, the ISO 26000 standard, and the CERES principles.
