Customer Service Employee
Job description:
As a Customer Service employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You are responsible for the follow-up of orders and communication with your international customers in close cooperation with the sales managers. You ensure good internal coordination with planning, transport and other departments to meet the needs of the customer. You will also provide support in the field of sales administration, drawing up and following up quotations and handling complaints.
