As a technical operator, you are the heart of our production environment. You will be part of a team of 6 people led by a shift leader. You are responsible for operating and controlling a highly automated production process

To support this growth, the group has chosen to make an ambitious digital catch-up move within its application landscape, replacing various local systems (such as MFPPRO, QAD, SAP, Business Central, and Wavesoft)—some of which are outdated or insufficiently performant—with one uniform group standard. At the heart of this digital transformation is the implementation of Odoo 18, which will serve as the central backbone for all business processes across the group. As an IT Business Analyst, you are the indispensable link between the operational business and BontexGeo’s technological future.
