At BontexGeo we value great quality.
Therefore, we aim to provide you with high-quality materials and make sure our products comply to the highest industry standards.
All our manufacturing facilities are equipped with fully operational on-site quality control labs. The labs are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, which allow testing of our products according to the relevant international test standards.
Throughout our production process – from raw material purchase to shipment of finished goods – several systems are in place to optimize our processes, confirm the product quality and mitigate risks in the event of a non-conformity.

ISO 9001:2015 – ISO 14001:2015
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 are established ISO standards that are used to establish and evaluate the management systems of a company. ISO 9001 focuses on quality aspects, while ISO 14001 focuses on environmental aspects and our efforts to lower our impact on the environment.
BontexGeo Kft. in Hungary is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 (view certificate) and ISO 14001:2015 (view certificate)

CE Marking
Our geotextiles have CE marking in place, in line with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) No 305/2011. The CE mark provide you the guarantee that our products comply with the relevant harmonised standards for geosynthetics and are fit for use as construction products.

Asqual
A number of our geotextiles have been granted Asqual certification. Asqual is a product certificate for the French market issued by Asqual. A product can only obtain Asqual certification after an on-site inspection and external testing of the products.

Benor
Benor is a Belgian quality certificate for construction products, managed by Benor vzw. For the certification of geotextiles, COPRO is the designated body. As part of the Benor certification, regular audits take place on-site, combined with witness testing and external testing. If you wish to have info about Benor certified products, the COPRO Extranet provides an overview of the certified products or you can contact us.
HPQ
HPQ is the certification schedule for suppliers to Deutsche Bahn (DB) in Germany. The certification shows that the supplier complies to the demanding product and company requirements DB sets out. If you want more information, please get in touch with us.
IVG
The IVG quality mark is a product certification for the German market, providing additional certainty concerning the product quality. It is managed by the German association IVG (IndustrieVerband Geokunstoffe). Any IVG certification requires on-site audits and external testing. Norgeospec
Norgeospec is the certification system for the Nordic countries of Europe (Finland, Norway, Sweden and Estonia). It brings together traffic authorities of the countries, test laboratories and SINTEF in a certification and specification system for geosynthetics. UKCA
The UKCA marking is a new product conformity marking that applies to construction products placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) as a result of the Brexit transition. It replaces the previous CE marking and demonstrates that a product complies with relevant technical and safety requirements in the UK. Would you like to know more?
